The project is an office fit out (Cat C) specially designed for a company’s C-Level personnel. Located in an historic preservation office tower in Midtown Manhattan, the design envisions not only new type of high-end workspace but also creates a stylish scenery of contemporary office with minimal, dandy and slick design elements. 

The space houses a personal office, a large conference room with welcoming lounge function, a private kitchenette area, a reception and support. The working space planned for a private area displays more magnificent LOOKs originated from material and furniture selections with raw-textured and dark-toned colors, while the reception area including large conference room is finished up with brighter-toned color and textures expressing a sense of welcoming to visitors. Material and lighting design, with articulation and alignment of finishes, brings out the magic of diffused lighting that enhances surface textures. Altogether, the design accomplishes identical workspace with minimal but rich expression.
