A workplace fit out (Cat C) project for a tech company nested in a historic office tower next to Rockefeller Plaza located in Midtown Manhattan. Designed an inclusive and adaptable space in tidy white furnishings and finishes along with clear glass partitions in order to imbue neat and minimal atmosphere. 

Work spaces for staff are designed to accommodate a variety of collaborative and private work zones. The collaborative bar table is located between Co-Working space and kitchen providing a casual environment for work, socializing and dining. Each private offices and conference room are built up with switchable glasses with dimming-function ensuring privacy at private offices when needed by the users.
